How do we clean your Air Ducts?
We use a Hurricane Whip that goes through each and every opening in the heating and cooling system, agitating and loosening the debri by pulling it in a reverse motion towards the opening in which the debri is then carried through a vac hose to a hepa-filter vac system where it will then be contained.We also continue to do the same process through your heat and cold air trunk lines. Then we clean out the cold air plenum on the side of the furnace and work our way to vacuum out the blower housing in the furnace. After this process we will clean the registers and then begin to reinstall them. Finally, you can begin to breathe cleaner air!
How often should I have my Air Ducts and Dryer Vent Cleaned?
We recommend people have their air ducts cleaned every 3-5 years, but individuals who have allergies may want to have them cleaned sooner.We also recommend that dryer vents are cleaned every 6 months- 1 year (depending on family size) as a precautionary measure to help prevent dryer fires.
